Refund policy
At Steffarey’s Farm and Treasures, we want you to treasure your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shirt, here’s how our returns and refunds work:
- Return or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt.
- To initiate your return, contact us at support@steffareysfarm.com. In your request please let us know why you are returning or exchanging the item.
- Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following return address:

- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, based on the original selling price. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees to return the item to us.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our digital gift cards and on sale t-shirts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
